π 1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add the items you like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Orders are usually processed within 1β3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
π 3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital wallets shown at checkout.
π 5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For more info, see our Return and Refund Policy.

β 7. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, and weβll resolve the issue promptly.
